Information you submit
When you use the project enquiry form, SQREX stores your name, email address, message and optional selected service. The referring page and campaign labels supplied with the form may also be stored. Earlier enquiries may include the additional project details requested by the previous form.
Technical and anti-spam data
The enquiry service records the submitting IP address and browser user-agent. These are used to apply a limited per-IP rate check, investigate abuse and protect the form. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
Why it is used
This information is used to validate, store, review and respond to your enquiry, assess project fit, protect the form and maintain a record of the conversation. It is not used to create a public customer account, collect payment or subscribe you automatically to marketing.
Storage and notifications
Accepted enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Authorised access is through the private Cloudflare account and command-line administration used by SQREX. After storage, the enquiry details may also be sent to the configured SQREX notification address through Resend and to a private Telegram chat so the enquiry can be reviewed promptly. A notification failure does not remove the stored enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookieless website traffic measurements. SQREX also stores daily aggregate counts of enquiry-page views and first form interactions, identified only by the page path and event type. These counts contain no form values or visitor identifiers. Campaign labels from a tagged link are kept in this browser tab's session storage for up to 24 hours and attached to your enquiry to identify how you found the site.
SQREX does not currently set first-party analytics or advertising cookies on the public static website. The project form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use browser storage or other technical signals as part of its security service. The public site does not use the Django administrative-session or CSRF cookies used by the separate local authoring system.
Retention and requests
Enquiry data is retained only while it is useful for responding, maintaining legitimate business records, preventing abuse or meeting legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing ayomidepauline99@gmail.com, subject to applicable obligations and records that must be retained.
Service providers and international processing
The website and enquiry workflow use Cloudflare for hosting, security and database storage, Resend for optional email notifications and Telegram for optional private alerts. These providers may process data in countries outside your own jurisdiction under their respective terms and safeguards.
