About Ayomide Pauline, founder of SQREX
Website & Custom Software Developer Founder of SQREX
I build websites and custom software for small businesses worldwide. You work directly with the person doing the work, from the first conversation to handover.
What guides the work
Good software starts with an accurate understanding of the user, the business outcome, and the constraints. Technology choices follow that understanding—not the other way around.
Most of the problems I am asked to solve are not really technical. A business is paying for traffic that lands on a page nobody understands. A team is running its operations through a spreadsheet that three people edit at once. An owner is copying the same information between four tools every morning. The software is the eventual answer, but the useful work starts with naming the problem precisely enough that the answer becomes obvious.
The aim is to reduce uncertainty early, keep trade-offs visible, and leave behind a product that can be understood and maintained—by you, or by whoever works on it next.
What I build
Website design and development starts at $600 USD for a small business website. Custom software development starts at $1,200 USD for one focused internal workflow.
Both packages have a defined starting scope. More pages, customer portals, multiple workflows and integrations are quoted separately.
How the work runs
Four stages, kept deliberately visible. Clarify: we define the user, the business outcome, the constraints, and the smallest scope worth building. Build: you see progress in useful increments, with trade-offs explained as they come up rather than reported afterwards. Validate: the important journeys, performance, accessibility and production readiness get tested before launch, not after. Handover: you receive maintainable work, operating notes, and an honest view of what to do next.
You deal with me throughout. There is no account manager relaying decisions, which means the person who understands the business goal is the same person making the technical trade-offs.
What the work has looked like
The 365 Spotless platform replaced a WordPress site for a New York cleaning business with a Django application that connects the public marketing journey to quotes, walkthrough booking and internal operations—acquisition and delivery in one system rather than two.
Outbox is a private, access-controlled application built for that same client, handling Gmail outreach, contact management, campaign sequences, sending safeguards and reply analytics. Sheaker is a development-stage commerce platform joining supplier data, pricing rules, fulfilment and customer accounts.
The case studies describe implemented scope and the decisions behind it. They do not contain invented performance figures, and where a project is not yet live it says so.
Who this suits
The engagements that go well share a few things: a clear business problem, someone accountable who can make decisions, and room to make thoughtful product and engineering choices rather than execute a fixed list.
Bring an existing website, a spreadsheet or an idea. We will agree a practical first version and what it will cost before work begins.
What you can expect
- Plain-language communication and honest fit assessment
- Accessible, responsive work tested around important journeys
- Decisions connected to user and business needs
- A documented handover instead of avoidable dependency
Practically: delivery is remote and clients are worldwide. Enquiries get a personal response within 24 hours. No payment is collected anywhere on this website—scope and price are agreed in a written proposal first, and the starting figures on each service page are stated openly so you can rule the work in or out before speaking to anyone.
